INTRODUCTION

Time… It is a common perception that a person lives as long as he has time: when time has ended, the person has gone. That is why life is frequently compared to an hour glass, whose sinking sand represents the days, months and years draining away into the past. On the other hand, it is time that brings variety to our life. Time, that makes it rich, fascinating and precious. While there is time -there is incident.

Just imagine. A very ordinary man gets born, and his life has a certain span. One man is allotted 10 years, another 70, and a third – 100.. But one way or another, each longs to stretch time out so they live as long as possible on this Earth. Man begins to invest his whole life in time i.e. to narrate his life’s experiences in terms of the clock: “today I shall do so-and-so, tomorrow I shall do so-and-so” etc, - as far as he is able to stretch events out in time. In this way, life is brought into time and ‘packed away’ in a calendar.

It was always like this, or at least it was over the last two thousand years, while our planet was in the Age of Pisces. A person lived unaware that time is not only a calendar for organising our daily existence. Time is also a substance, with an independent existence, that organises space and regulates all things by visible and invisible processes.

At the beginning of the third millennium, the Age of Aquarius replaced the Piscean era, which means that over the next two thousand years the light of the stars will transmit to the Earth through this particular constellation of the zodiac. And here is where the most interesting things begin.

Time, which itself is a cosmic factor, radiated by the stars, starts to become really perceptible during this period. This means that, in certain conditions you have the capacity to receive extra time and use it to improve your life. This is because the light of the stars that brings us time now passes not through the water sign of Pisces - and water, as we know, refracts light and spreads it across the spectrum of the rainbow –but straight through Aquarius - whose medium is air.

While we received time, distorted by the water sign, Earth gave priority to ties of the heart, and emotion ruled all. And most importantly, we brought our whole life into the realm of time, so were imprisoned by – or, to put it another way, dependent on – mischance and the wrongs of fate.

But now, with the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, we can come into direct contact with time and start learning to bring time into our own lives. This means that from now on, nothing will happen to us by accident. Once time is introduced into any event, we can regulate it: stretch, or shrink it and cut out what we do not need.

For example, once you introduce time into your health, your vital energies grow. When time is introduced into any problem, it creates the conditions for a speedy resolution etc.

You will agree that each of us has something we would like to resolve or eliminate, and each of us has something precious we dream about making longer or stronger.

To succeed, it turns out that you need simply learn to bring - not your life into time as before - but time into your life. How? That is what we shall try to master, by studying rhythmology.

If we look back in history, we discover there was a time when humankind knew nothing about energy. But as humans widened their perception of the world, they discovered other potential forms of energy: electro-magnetic, thermo-nuclear, psychic, and others. Bit by bit, we have become so accustomed to this concept, and come to make such extensive use of energy, in heating and lighting our homes, accelerating the speed of our travel through space (and where do people nowadays not use energy?) , that now we cannot even picture ourselves without it. All this is to say that once energy was inaccessible, and now it is commonplace.

The next step after energy is information. Some 200-300 years ago, a major source of information were pilgrims (‘wanderers’). Journeying from one town to another, from village to village, they would tell people what they had seen and heard. Obviously, such subjective impressions could not be called reliable, and news travelled so slowly, that sometimes villagers in remote places heard about something important only years after it had happened, and sometimes it would pass them by altogether. The growth of newspapers, radio, then TV, and the appearance of rapid forms of transport have helped accelerate the transmission of information, and improve its reliability. The internet has made the dispatch and receipt of information almost instantaneous. Today, we can find out almost anything that has happened, as simply as switching on the electric lamp in our homes.

The step after information is space. And if in the past only a very few people could allow themselves to travel any distance, because it was expensive and fraught with difficulty, today developments in transport make any point of the planet accessible. Getting out of the city, flying to the coast, or spending time at the Equator have stopped being a problem for human beings. And, just as we have mastered the cosmos, our sense of distance has stretched beyond the limits of our Planet and grown as large as the Universe.

And finally there is time. We have had the good fortune to live in a period when time has become accessible to our perception as an objective reality. It is no longer a ‘time’ that we used to measure with equipment, or other mechanisms – like watches or calendars, for instance. This is a ‘time’ that itself can create and give birth to space. A ‘time’ that can work with information and give it structure. A time that can produce new forms of energy, hitherto unknown to humankind. And if now you can more or less picture energy, information and space, you still have to realise what time is, and how you can feel it, and most importantly – how you can work with it. This is the main task facing humanity now and in the future -- since in the past, hardly anyone worked with ‘time’.

So, like pioneers, you and I are beginning to identify what time is and learning how to bring it into our lives. Time, it turns out, is not so much a question of external, as internal, organisation. And an intelligent brain can only accept time, if it has space to do so. This means that when we journey into time, we are stepping inside our own brain. Not the part that is brim-full of information and sorting out the problems of every day life: that part occupies only 3-7% of the brain. Rhythmology invites you to go to the remaining 93% of the cerebral programme, where there is emptiness. It is to this 93% of the brain, - as yet untapped by human beings and holding the answers to all our questions - that time comes. And the more time a person has, the faster his or her brain works.

Rhythm concentrates time with uncharacteristic density, then transmits it to planet Earth and humanity from the stars.

Rhythm is the organiser of life, and the culture of the future. As you read rhythms, and as you get to know them fully, you will receive a reserve of time that you can transfer into space, into information, and into energy – but you need first to learn how to do it.

The more time a person has, the faster he or she can resolve problems - problems with health, work, income etc.

In themselves, rhythms fall into two groups: one set works at the ‘minus’ side, and removes what is interfering with your life. The other set works on the ‘plus’ side and fills you with what you desire. But the most important thing is that the time gained with the help of rhythms organises your brain and clarifies your picture of what is going on around you.

Rhythms can help you identify recurring incidents, and understand the rules underlying the recurrences. Little by little, your life will come together for you ‘in little parts’. You will see its events as an amazing mosaic and understand that everything that has happened was no accident, but subject to its own logic.

The science that describes the logic of ‘rhythm’ is called ‘rhythmology’. Working with the brain’s base frequencies it completely reveals the cerebral programme.

It is rhythmology that explains the causes and consequences of what is happening, and explains why and how events interconnect.

Rhythmics will help you correct any event and introduce changes into your life. Using special techniques, you will be able to become prime mover in your own life, enriching it with the material things you want, arranging the meetings you need, and making contacts.

What ‘rhythmics’ is, and how it can help you manage the world of natural things and human relationships; how it can help you change your life and be in charge of events -- you will learn from the book “Myself as Prime Mover” in the series “Rhythmology for All”.

But do not rush to change your life with ‘rhythmics’ ! Good or bad, it is your own life. By now you have lived through very many things. You have accumulated much experience and many people have passed through your life. The time has come to understand WHY. Why were you given this name? Why do you live among these people? Why has your life worked out just like this?

Time will help answer these questions -- the time you will bring into your life with the help of rhythmics. Then later, when your life is a book you have read and understood; when you are sure you will not repeat the mistakes you have made -- then you can make a start on rhythmics, correcting what has gone before and creating your own future. But now we invite you into time. Turn the page boldly. We are starting a journey into our own lives and towards our own rhythms.
